This formed part of a new Build development to be sold to a potential buyer. Design was key as the space was compact but needed to incorporate as many storage and appliance solutions due to the absence of a utility room, as well as allowing for seating at a breakfast bar. The design achieved all of the criteria by incorporating integrated appliances including a washing machine, tall fridge freezer and dishwasher but still allowing for plenty of storage space and space for 4 bar stools was created by introducing a peninsula island. The Dawson door offered a modern take on a traditional door and the light grey colour and white quartz worktops gave a freshness about the space.
